President Hotel Athens

I chose this hotel for attending a council because it provides 8 renovated and fully equipped conference rooms, which can accommodate business events. The eclectic meeting point for all visitors offers a breathtaking 360° city view, enhancing the overall experience.

One service that I missed for my work was the inconsistent and slow WiFi, which affected my ability to efficiently carry out tasks during my stay.

Excellent room.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in diesem Hotel war wirklich gut. Die Preise waren vernünftig und angemessen für das, was man geboten bekam. Insgesamt konnte man mit dem Zug ganz einfach nach St Ives gelangen, was sehr praktisch war. Die Zugfahrt war super günstig, nur um die eine Pfund pro Strecke. Von diesem Hotel aus konnte man auch viele Orte in Süd-Cornwall besichtigen, was perfekt für einen Ausflug war. Die Lage war also wirklich ideal.

Es gab jedoch einen Punkt, der verbessert werden könnte.

The furniture in the rooms is old-fashioned. It requires modernization. Replacing the mat with wooden floors would be a good alternative.

Nearby bus stop , underground 600 m . The swimming pool on the roof is interesting, views from the top super. The hotel has partly new and partly old rooms. Hotel service at the highest level, very helpful. I recommend .

We had two rooms 1 old, 2 new. In the old one there were worse conditions

The general areas, including the cocktail bar, the pool area, and the terrace, had a whimsical ambiance that was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Athens. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent, with easy access to shops, museums, and archaeological sites, making it convenient for me to explore the city without any hassle.

I would ask for better vacation arrangements for senior people, such as more assistance from the children working there.

The hotel was very clean and modern, and the service at the bar and in the room was excellent. the staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. the location of the hotel was also a major plus, with a bakery and a great grill restaurant nearby. the metro station was also within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city.

The noise level in the rooms near the elevator. It could get quite loud, especially during busy times.

Very good location, safe area, no problems to walk; shops in traditional Athens area, not a tourist area per se, and that is good. Look of the Hotel, its new isotype, 1st floor and pool area on the top roof, looks renewed. Pisicina well, nice place.

The rooms leave a lot to be desired. Old, old bathrooms, old beds, bad soundproofing of the rooms, access area outside each room very deplorable condition. . Narrow and poorly designed breakfast lay out, divided into 2 rooms, one better than the other. Difficulty in replacing things for breakfast . In the swimming pool area, the lounge chairs are excessively large and there are few of them.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, situated just outside of the city center. It is conveniently located between two metro stations, Ambelokipi and Panormou, which made it incredibly easy to explore the city. Within just 10 minutes, I was in the heart of the city, ready to discover all the tourist attractions.

This place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

overall the staff was very nice and atmosphere in the hotel too. At the entrance, butlers always smiled and asked about their mood. pool on the roof is great. It's nice that we had a room on the 19th floor because we could admire the whole Athens and hustle and bustle of cars from this crowded street didn't get so much of us.

Breakfast was crowded. On the first day they sent us to an additional restaurant where it was not so cosy because the main one was full. The staff should take care of the guests first. Clean the tables faster so that newcomers could sit down faster. Once there was a situation when I washed the table myself at breakfast, asking the waiter about the place beforehand. He nodded that it was possible to sit there but it took too long until he came back with a dishwasher because he started to clean other tables in the area first. Seeing my involvement in washing the table he came soon frightened and finally set up for this breakfast. Unfortunately there was a shortage of spoons. Another shortcoming was the dirty plates.

Beautiful decor, comfortable beds with heavenly cotton sheets. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Great breakfast selection. Lovely rooftop pool with impressive sunset views. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from a metro station. Very classy, with a roof top overlooking the beautiful min Lycabette. The swimming pool is nice but nobody dares to swim as the whole bar overlooks it.

The swimming pool does not allow you to swim quietly without being observed by the people at the bar. Too bad

The location of this hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. It was conveniently located near the city center, allowing us to easily explore all the attractions of Athens. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a rooftop bar with stunning views.

Some aspects of the hotel could have been improved. the prices at the rooftop bar were quite high, and the service did not match the cost.

The location of the hotel is near the subway (8 min walk), just near some supermarket and local markets, not far from the antic city center (15 min Subway)... . Very nice view from the rooftop swimming pool. The room are clean very nice lobby. Lot of cautions regarding COVID-19

Unfortunately the swimming pool is only open from 10 AM to 6 PM (closes quite early ..). Would be great if it could be open till at least the sunset.

Great location near two metro stations connecting the city centre and airport, excellent breakfast with a wide selection of options, friendly and helpful staff, clean and well-equipped hotel facilities.

For us it was ideal.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from including more children-friendly amenities and activities, catering more to families with kids.

Rooms over 10 floors have a nice view of Athens. From the roof terrace we admired the sunset.

The Superior Single room at President Hotel in Athens was super cozy and had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The design made me feel right at home, and the TV had all my favorite channels for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.

I found the electronic tea & coffee set a bit unnecessary, but I know some people might like it.

This hotel's location is fantastic for tourists, as it's near a cool & simple shopping street and within easy reach of the center of the city. There's free Wi-Fi available in public areas and the rooms are reportedly clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good with a variety of options to choose from and there are beautiful views of the city from the rooftop pool deck.

Room service increases your bill with an automatic charge for just making a request.

Our stay at President Hotel was fantastic! We stayed for a week and it was perfect for both leisure and business. The clean and quiet room provided great views of the city from the rooftop bar. The terrace had a chic atmosphere with a swimming pool, lounge music, and stunning views. The breakfast offered a wide variety of products and cooked Greek dishes. The spacious rooms had big windows and comfortable beds. The bathroom was also spacious and the strong WIFI signal was a plus. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel had a huge lobby area to relax in. We loved it and recommend it 100%!

The 18th floor room had a great view. Comfortable room, nice rooftop bar. 8 min walk to Panormou metro station. Bakery and kiosks nearby. Rooftop terrace and pool with beautiful view. Tasty omelet and burger from room service. Friendly staff and safety measures in place. Ideal location with stunning entrance. Spotlessly clean and well-maintained rooms. Helpful reception. Magnificent top floor restaurant and bar. Nice breakfast available.

First stay, staff gave town info. I keep coming back. Everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Rooftop pool, Flat-screen TV. Coming back for New Year.
